About Me

I am an educator, faculty development professional, and instructional technology leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting teaching and learning across higher education, online learning, and professional development environments.

My work focuses on helping educators create engaging, student-centered learning experiences through thoughtful instructional design, evidence-based teaching practices, and purposeful technology integration. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with faculty, instructional teams, and educational organizations to support online learning innovation, curriculum development, faculty engagement, and professional learning initiatives.

 

My background includes graduate teaching, faculty coaching, instructional support, curriculum and competency development, and the design of scalable professional learning resources for educators teaching in both synchronous and asynchronous environments.

 

I am especially passionate about supporting educators as they navigate evolving instructional technologies, online teaching practices, and AI-enhanced learning environments while maintaining a strong focus on accessibility, engagement, equity, and meaningful student learning.
